The brainchild of Cara Pryor, IPG was founded in 2008 on Commercial Drive in Vancouver.
Some of us are the only professionals of our kind in our workplace, some of us have no workplace, some of us have been promoted beyond our peers, or are not yet considered a peer, and some of us just work with assholes. We all went into our respective professions because we wanted to contribute to the exchange of ideas that makes up a culture. We are people of great capability, chock full of ideas, but it is always hard to follow through on even the most inspired ideas.
Through the exchange of ideas, discussion, and support, IPG helps members set clear goals and identify the smaller steps needed to achieve them. At monthly meetings we share and celebrate our achievements and receive much needed inspiration and encouragement to reinspire, rechannel, and recharge our dreams, plans, and projects.
